I'm a Ballroom Dancer and Coach with over 30 years of experience helping people reconnect with their bodies and mindset through movement.

As a multi-country dance champion, TV show performer, and choreographer, I’ve trained countless dance couples - and more recently, I’ve dedicated my work to creating personalized programs for women seeking confidence, connection, and clarity.

My approach is practical and supportive - focused on simple, daily steps that fit into real life. You don’t need a dance background - just a willingness to start.
